### Financial * Overall Financial Health: Dave read report from meg (see email) {% file src="" %} * Investment Committee: Nothing new to report ### Membership fees discussion * Per Bylaws: Fees for full and supporting members shall be set by a vote of the full members at the yearly meeting by a simple majority. We should present at. * Present at DMWA in March * Farmers Market * Need members to engage with the spaces social media * If members post something, then they are @ area515 and we will repost ### Tool Areas * Woodshop * Trying to keep up with repairs * Very high usage this year * Need to keep things clean going into the holiday season * Need to report broken or missing tools ASAP * Parking tickets went out this week * Please remove longer term projects to person storage * Lasers * Are stable * Did not get the recent grant * Looking for more grants to get a 100W * Electronics * Glass station is in progress * Thanks for printing the new bins * Textiles * New bench is finished * Knitting machine is for sale * Missing some parts * Sold As Is * Make any offer * Comes with lots of books as well * Bobbin winder also for sale * Is working and is $200 firm * Metalshop * Is there * Wants to add a metal dust collector * RFC is ready to be tested * SFC could be donated on 10/28 * 3D printer * Things are working * New HEPA filter * Autoshop * New safety tools on order * Tell David to move his cars out whenever * CNC * LEAD back up and running * Took lots of hands to get it going. ### Vote to promote Supporting members to Full members * None requested at this time ### Election for 2024-2025 Board of Directors * Nominations: President - Dave Vice President - Jake Treasurer - Meg Secretary - Brad
