Approval of Minutes from Previous Meeting

Financials

No financial update

Membership Update: 93

• Update tools sheet and automated validation email was in both sheets.

• A member has been having issues in the Metal Shop. Multiple people sent the member messages about cleaning up after themselves. The member told Carlin they would start cleaning up more. Then the member left the area even more dirty than before. The member has been flippant in their responses and there is some concern the member has been intoxicated. Carlin will talk to our landlord about the issues. In the meantime, this member is banned from the Metal Shop and from drinking on the premises. A refund will be offered.

Space Updates

• Lights have been updated above metal shop thanks to Jerry’s guys for putting them up for us

• Christie wants to do more regular workshops. Carlin will be supporting member to support event. The board supports this as long as the calendar is checked.

• Cnc and lathe are nearly back up

• New vacuums for woodshop

• Need to confirm outdoor space rental changes

• Need to look for more space if possible

  • Talk to Jeff again

  • Also start looking for places to possibly buy

• Metal shop needs some more consumables

• Dave and Don updating some of the security cameras.
